[origin: US6234412B1] The invention concerns a spray pump (3) capable of being actuated by a hand lever, to be mounted on dispensers (2) or the like. Said pump comprises a piston pump (6) capable of sliding linearly in a pump chamber (7) on the housing side. Said piston is connected, on the rear side of an outlet (9), to the hand lever (5) and returns to its base position urged by a spring. The invention aims at producing a pump which is both simple and reliable by associating two articulating parts (I, II) with the lever (5). One (I) of said parts is located so as to slide in a linear slider on the housing side, and the other (II) is fixed to the housing, on the side opposite the outlet (9), such that the two articulating parts (I, II) are connected by mutually collapsible contiguous parts (a, b).
