Abstract (en)
Process for rolling metal strips using a roll stand comprises pushing the rolls on rolling at least two metal strips so that deviation of the profile of the strips from the required theoretical profile is minimal. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for rolling metal strips comprising a calculating device for determining an optimal pushing position to the pushing of the rollers so that deviation of the profile of subsequent strips from the required theoretical profile is minimal.

Verfahren und Einrichtung zum Walzen von Metallbändern mittels Walzgerüsten, die verschiebbare Arbeitswalzen aufweisen, wobei die Arbeitswalzen beim Walzen zumindest zweier Metallbänder derart verschoben werden, daß die Abweichung des Profils der zumindest zwei Metallbänder von einem gewünschten Sollprofil über die zumindest zwei Metallbänder betrachtet minimal ist. <IMAGE>
