Abstract (en)
The machine has a cutting head which is located on a base frame as well as a feed unit for the product. A holder (1) is provided on the cutting end of the food product so as to fix it in place. The holder can be drawn back with the feed unit away from the blade (11) of the cutting head so as to prevent food shreds from building up.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidmaschine zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmitteln (6), insbesondere Wurst, Schinken, Speck, Fleisch, Käse und dergleichen, mit einem auf einem Grundgestell (8) angeordneten Schneidkopf sowie einer Produktzuführeinheit mit Schneidgutführung (7) und Vorschubeinrichtung (9), wobei am Schneidende des Schneidgutes (6) eine Halterung (1) vorgesehen ist, die das Lebensmittel (6) fixiert und formt und die zur Vermeidung von Schnitzelbildung bei Leerhüben mit der Schneidgutführung (7) vom Messer (11) zurückziehbar ist. <IMAGE>
