Abstract (en)
The closing cap has a cap shell and a hard plastics clip on the outside fixed at one end in the cap. The fixing end (7) of the clip (6) has a covering (15) of a soft thermoplastic elastomer, forming a collar (16) on the outside of the cap shell, covering the edge region of the aperture (2) in the cap shell in which the fixing end of the clip is fitted. The covering with collar is produced by injection casting onto the clip in a casting mold.

Eine Verschlußkappe zum Abdecken der Schreibspitze eines Füllhalters, besteht aus einer Kappenhülse (1) und einem auf der Außenseite der Kappenhülse (1) angeordneten Clip (6) aus thermoplastischem Hartkunststoff, der mit einem Befestigungsende (7) in eine Öffnung in der Kappenhülse eingesetzt ist. Das Befestigungsende (7) des Clip (6) ist mit einem Überzug (15) aus einem thermoplastischen Weichkunststoff versehen, wobei der Überzug (15) einen an der Außenseite der Kappenhülse (1) anliegenden Kragen (16) bildet, der den Randbereich der Öffnung (2) zur Aufnahme des Befestigungsendes (7) des Clips (6) überdeckt. <IMAGE>
