Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1010888A2] The exhaust guide tube (2) is an extruded part of light metal or light metal alloy. The front end of the tube is surrounded by an extruded ring bead (7). There is an axial distance between the bead and a fastening flange (5). The other tube end contains an insert (11) of steel or steel alloy, with an end face (10), which forms a valve seat for a valve closure body (15).
