[origin: WO9834511A1] The invention relates to a container, preferably a tube (1) from which a product, in particular a liquid, can be squeezed out in a metered fashion. The container preferably comprises a small sleeve made of soft material, one end of which is closed and the other end which is open, a metering or distributing member (14) being attached to the open end. The distributing means comprise a plurality of hairs (14), which together form a small brush (12). The hairs may be attached to the sleeve-like outlet opening, the hairs protruding past the outlet opening of the tube. A cavity is provided in the nozzle (7), in which cavity (11) there is placed a small holder (13) which holds the hairs (14) or a ball, the hairs being attached to or around the outlet opening. Small passages (18) are arranged in the region of the outlet opening (17), so that brush or the ball cannot completely close off the outlet opening. The tube itself is closed off using a cap (5).
