Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9913827A1] Disclosed is a non-aerosol mousse composition comprising: (a) from about 0.1 % to about 10 % by weight of a primary fixative polymer selected from betainized amphoteric fixative polymers; and (b) an aqueous carrier comprising no more than about 30 % of a volatile solvent by weight to the composition; wherein the composition is substantially free of pressurized propellants, and is capable of generating a foam having a foam density of from about 0.025 g/ml to about 0.1 g/ml.
