[origin: DE19742090A1] The antenna has individual antenna elements (12) arranged over a ground plane (40) and coupled to each other via conductors of defined length. An adjustable plane (24,34) is arranged adjacent to the plane (26,36) in which the elements are arranged and carries phase shift elements. The conductors are discontinuous. Each break in the conductors is aligned with a U-shaped conductor section on the adjustable plane, such that the active length is adjustable by moving the adjustable plane.
