Abstract (en)
The folding and transporting device carries printed products (122) in a rotary press. The device includes a folding cylinder (104) on which the separated products are guided. There is also a delay device (114) with at least one arm (124) turning about an axis (126) and with a grip device (128) on its end to grip the product in combination with the folding knife (120), lifting it off and creating a fold before passing it to a conveying device (146).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Falzen und zum Transport flacher Druckprodukte (122) in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine. Die Vorrichtung umfaßt einen mit einem Falzmesser (120) versehenen Falzzylinder (104), auf welchem die von einer laufenden Bedruckstoffbahn abgetrennten Druckprodukte geführt werden. Des weiteren ist die Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet durch eine Verzögerungseinrichtung (114), welche mindestens einen um eine Achse (126) drehbaren Arm (124) mit einer an einem Ende des Arms (124) angeordneten Greifervorrichtung (128) aufweist, welche die Druckprodukte (122) unter Zusammenwirkung mit dem Falzmesser (120) ergreift, vom Falzzylinder (104) unter Erzeugung eines Falzes abhebt und nach einer Weiterdrehung des Arms (124) an eine nachgeordnete Fördereinrichtung (146) übergibt. <IMAGE>
