The cooker has an oven casing (14), an air channel (18) between the oven and housing (1), at least one fan (2) for air circulation through the channel and into the atmosphere and a catalyser (24) in a vapor extraction opening in a wall of the oven. An air feedback channel (9) has one end connected to an air gap (6) between the catalyser heater (5) and the catalysis material (7) and its other end connected to the oven casing to feed back part of the vapor fed out of the vapor extraction opening.
