Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9858783A1] The object is placing inside a female mold which is prepared according to the form/shape of the required glass reinforced cement, an internal thin female mold tray also compressed in the same form; compressing this internal mold tray by spraying GRC mortar in it. After removing excess mortar water from 3 mm diameter holes, which were placed with short intervals on male mold of press, sending of the compressed material along with internal female mold tray to a steam vessel via conveyor belt and steam treating there.
