Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1016770A2] The insert (6) has a guide channel (28) for the frame profile screw (18), the channel coming in spiral, conical or rectangular form and placed at one rightangle corner of the insert (6) and so parallel to the insert endface. The channels can also be U-shaped and the exterior of the insert (6) is adapted to a structured inside face of the hollow frame profile (1,2). The insert has strips in its inside wall which are directed towards the center of the insert section.
