[origin: EP1018579A2] The shower has a hand grip (2) and a shower head (3) fastened to it. The hand grip has a flat surface section (30) of non-slip material on its underside. The flat surface may be located on a separate part (15), which can be fastened to the grip pref. from outside and without tools. The part is a pref. injection-molded plastic component, pref. mainly of thermoplastic material, esp. a compound of EPDM and polypropylene. It is of a different color and/or pattern of the surrounding section (11) of the shower, and is at least partially elastic.
