[origin: FR2768940A1] The invention concerns a filtering device for liquids, in particular food liquids, consisting of at least a cartridge (1) comprising a volume shaped like a cylindrical ring defined by an outer cylindrical grid (25, 34, 36), whereat the liquid to be filtered is introduced, and an inner grid support (29), concentric with the outer grid, said volume being filled with a regenerable filtering medium. Said filtering medium consists of glass or polymer microbeads, coated with a hydrophobic polymer non-soluble in an aqueous phase.
