Abstract (en)
The slicer has a food feeder with counter blade, and a drive unit with rotating knife (4). The drive unit (3) is pivoted about an axis (6), which extends at right angles to the cutting plane to the side of the knife, and is position adjustable in X and Y directions. The food feeder has a fixed side stop (9) on the pivot axis side, for all types and sizes of product. The pivot axis is located in a pivot lever unit (7), which is adjusted in the machine frame pivoted parallel to the cutting plane. There are also parts (10) for height and/or side adjustment of the knife. The knife may be a planetary rotary blade or a sickle-shaped blade.
