The telescopic roller blind or awning holder is designed as a screw clamp for fitting on balcony balustrades and has an indented detent segment (1) with triangular recess (2) in the top plate (3) for further fixing possibilities. The displaceable adaptor holder for pressure fastening by a tension screw (5) engages in the detent segment. A recess (7) in the displaceable holder takes a fitment (8) with fastening screw (9) for holding and vertically adjusting the telescopic holder (10).
