[origin: EP1020596A1] The handle actuates a window- or door-fitting equipped with driving rails, and moves a driving dog for a pin coupled to the rails. The pin fits in the socket, which is enclosed in the peripheral direction and formed by two flanges and a bridge-piece. The ends of the flanges furthest from the housing can be bent over and joined together by the bridge-piece. The ends can be bent over at the side furthest from the housing, while the bridge-piece is outside the working are of the pin. Bending can be through a 90-degree angle.
