Abstract (en)
The roller shutter housing (3) has a jamb (1) with its lower edge covered by separate reinforcing (6) and trim (7) extrusions for at least part of its length. The trim extrusion is designed to cover the reinforcing extrusion at least partially on its visible side; it has a stop section (10) for an outer covering layer (11), while the reinforcing strip has surfaces (8, 12) to grip the housing and covering layer. The reinforcing extrusion is made e.g. from metal, and the trim extrusion of plastic.

L'invention concerne un jambage (1) notamment de coffre (3) constitué d'un corps (2) présentant au niveau d'au moins l'un de ses chants longitudinaux (4) une garniture (5). Selon l'invention, ladite garniture (5) est constituée d'un profilé de renfort (6) et d'un profilé d'habillage (7) distincts, ledit profilé de renfort (6) recouvrant ledit corps (2) sur une partie au moins de la longueur dudit corps et ledit profilé d'habillage (7) recouvrant ledit profilé de renfort (6) au moins dans la ou les zones de ce dernier destinées à être accessibles au regard. L'invention concerne également un coffre de volet roulant dont l'une au moins des parois longitudinales est constituée d'un tel jambage. <IMAGE>
