Abstract (en)
The slicing machine has a cutter-blade housing (1) on which a rotary blade (2) is removably fixed. The outer edge of the blade forming the cutter is partly enclosed by a cover (30) also removably fixed to the housing. The cover is mounted between the housing and cutter-blade when the slicer is assembled and has a seal partly enclosing a central opening in the cover. A cog wheel (3) driven by the motor is positioned in the housing and pivotally fixed on an axle (4). A holder plate (6)is fixed to the side of the blade facing the housing. Drive elements (8,9) on the holder plate and cog wheel protrude through the central opening in the cover.

Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel mit einem Messergehäuse (1) und einem rotierbaren, vorzugsweise als Kreismesser (2) ausgeführten Schneidmesser, das abnehmbar an dem Messergehäuse (1) befestigt ist, wobei der äußere, die Schneide bildende Rand des Schneidmessers (Kreismesser 2) teilweise von einer Messerabdeckung (30) umgeben ist, die ebenfalls abnehmbar an dem Messergehäuse (1) angebracht ist und im zusammengebauten Zustand der Schneidemaschine zwischen Messergehäuse (1) und Schneidmesser (2) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
