Abstract (en)
The slicer has a rotary motor-driven circular cutter-blade (3), a support-plate for the food being cut (2), and a switch unit (8) for switching the machine on and off. The distance between the plate and the cutting plane of the blade is set by means of a control (9) with turning knob (6) for adjusting the thickness of the slices cut. The control encloses the switch unit and comprises a locking switch.

Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel mit einem rotierbaren, mittels eines Motors antreibbaren Schneidmesser (Kreismesser 3), einer Schneidgutauflage (Profil 1) sowie einer Anschlagplatte (2) für das Schneidgut, wobei die Schneidemaschine eine Handhabe (9) umfaßt, die die Einstellung des Abstands der Anschlagplatte (2) von der Schneidebene des Schneidmessers (Kreismesser 3) erlaubt, um die Dicke des geschnittenen Schneidguts vorzugeben, wobei die Handhabe (9) weiterhin eine Schalteinheit (8) umfaßt, mittels der die Schneidemaschine ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet werden kann. <IMAGE>
