Abstract (en)
The binding tape removal appliance consists of a knife-box (3) placed over a coil (2) tied with binding tape. A knife-carriage (4) travels across the binding tape (1) and incorporates a lifting-wedge for the binding tape, and a cutter-tool (6) in the form of a knife, cutter-wheel or roller-blade operating in the vicinity of the wedge. The continuous forward thrust movement of the cutter-carriage causes it to travel over the width of coil .

Es handelt sich um einen Bindebandentferner mit einem auf ein Coil (2) mit Bindebandumreifung aufsetzbaren Messerkorb mit einem Messerwagen (4) mit einem Hub- und Fahrantrieb für ein über die Coilbreite und quer zu den Bindebändern (1) verfahrbaren Messerwagen. Der Messerwagen weist einen Anhebekeil für die Bindebänder und ein Trennwerkzeug zum Durchtrennen des jeweils angehobenen Bindebandes auf. Ferner ist der Messerwagen im Zuge eines kontinuierlichen Vorschubs zumindest über die durch die Bindebandumreifung vorgegebene Coilbreite verfahrbar, so daß die Bindebänder nacheinander von dem Anhebekeil angehoben und von dem Trennwerkzeug durchtrennt werden. <IMAGE>
