The system of profiled sections for window or door frames consists of at least one plastic hollow profile(1) and at least one aluminum cladding profile (2). The plastic profile has undercuts (13,14) into which fit matching catches on the aluminum cladding profile. The plastic profile and aluminum cladding profile each have a groove-shaped undercut together forming a sealing groove for a seal (3) which rests against the contact surfaces of the plastic hollow profile and aluminum cladding profile.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profilsystem zur Herstellung von Fenster- oder Türrahmen aus Kunststoff, die mit Aluminiumschalen verkleidet sind. Um eine rationelle Montage der Aluminiumschalen an den Kunststoffprofilen und zugleich eine Abdichtung zwischen diesen zu ermöglichen, wird ein Profilsystem mit wenigstens einem Kunststoffhohlprofil und wenigstens einem Aluminium-Verkleidungsprofil sowie einer Dichtung vorgeschlagen mit folgenden Merkmalen: Das Kunststoffhohlprofil weist Hinterschneidungen auf, in die entsprechende Rastmittel des Aluminium-Verkleidungsprofils eingreifen. Das Kunststoffhohlprofil und das Aluminium-Verkleidungsprofil weisen jeweils im Bereich einer Anlagefläche eine nutförmige Hinterschneidung auf, wobei die nutförmige Hinterschneidungen des Kunststoffhohlprofils und des Aluminium-Verkleidungsprofils zusammen eine Dichtungsnut zur Aufnahme der Dichtung bilden. Die Dichtung liegt dichtend sowohl an der Anlagefläche des Kunststoffhohlprofils als auch an der Anlagefläche des Aluminium-Verkleidungsprofils an. <IMAGE>
