The switch includes a movable contact lever (17) to which a driving piece is attached. The driving piece is connected to a slider (28) which extends perpendicular to the fixing plane of the protective power switch. A movable accessory contact lever (32) arranged and guided in the slider between the slider and fixing plane, approximately transverse to the displacement direction, and approximately parallel to and proximate to the fixing plane.

Es wird ein elektrischer Leitungsschutzschalter (10) mit einer ein bewegliches und ein feststehendes Kontaktstück (18, 41) aufweisenden Hauptkontaktstelle beschrieben, der eine vom beweglichen Hauptkontaktstück (18) angesteuerte Nebenkontaktstelle (33, 34) aufweist. Dabei wird die Anordnung so angesteuert, daß zum Öffnen erst die Hauptkontaktstelle (18, 41) und danach die Nebenkontaktstelle (33, 34) und beim Schließen zuerst die Nebenkontaktstelle (33, 34) und danach die Hauptkontaktstelle (18, 41) schließen. Dabei befindet sich die Nebenkontaktstelle (33, 34) innerhalb des Leitungsschutzschalters, das bewegliche Nebenkontaktstück (33) wird von einem am beweglichen Kontakthebel (17) befestigten Mitnehmer (26) angesteuert. <IMAGE>
