Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2769490A1] The fastening consists of two adjoining components (10), each having a body (11) with a hole (12) for the passage of a rod (20) and a hook (13). The two hooks face in opposite directions and can pivot so that their tips can be inserted simultaneously through a hole (T) in the bone before being turned to anchor the hooks inside the bone wall and align the rod holes. Once the rod is inserted through the holes it prevents any further movement of the hooks.
