[origin: FR2747747A1] The roller for pressing a material through a granulating press die comprises a plastic shell (13). The shell is supported by bearings (9,10) enabling it to rotate freely. The shell external surface is coated with tungsten carbide. The internal surface of the shell forms the external bearing track. The bearings are integrated in a housing (8,14,15) radially delimited by an internal ring (3,4), whose external surface forms the internal bearing track, and by the shell internal surface. Radially the housing is delimited by double seals (16,17). The housing is filled with lubricant.
