Abstract (en)
The frame sections(11,24) of the web turning unit are accommodated on the superstructure(3) of the folding apparatus, and the sum of the lengths of the circumferential faces(10,22,15) which contact a first side(7) of the material web(4.1) is equal to the sum of the lengths of the circumferential faces(12,18) which contact a second side(8) of the web. An adjustable compensating roller(16) is mounted in the frame sections and contacts the first side of the material web. Independent claims are included for a turning bar with a web turning unit for web-fed rotary presses, a folding apparatus with a web turning unit, and a web-fed rotary press with a web turning unit, in all of which the frame sections of the web turning unit are accommodated on the superstructure of the folding apparatus.

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Bahnwendeeinrichtung für Rollenrotationsdruckmaschinen, mit einem Falzapparat, der eine erste Längsfalzeinrichtung umfaßt, die Wendestangen mit Blasluft beaufschlagbar sind, die Wendestangen und Umlenkwalzen in Rahmenteilen aufgenommen sind, die Warenbahnen nach Passage der ersten Längsfalzeinrichtung vor Eintritt in ein Falzapparatzylinderteil wenden. Die Rahmenteile (11, 24) sind am Überbau (3) des Falzapparates aufgenommen. Die Summe der Längen von Umfangsflächen (5, 10, 22, 15), die eine erste Seite (7) der Warenbahn (4.1) kontaktiert, ist während der Passage der Bahnwendeeinrichtung (9) gleich der Summe der Längen der Umfangsflächen (12, 14, 18) ist, die eine zweite Seite (8) der Warenbahn (4.1) kontaktiert. <IMAGE>
