Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1024120A1] A composition for reducing the shrinkage of a hydraulic binding agent contains an alcoholamine, optionally with a hydroxy compound and/or an ether compound. A composition (I) for reducing the shrinkage of a hydraulic binding agent, consists of: (A) an alcoholamine of formula (1), optionally with (B) a hydroxy compound and/or (C) an ether compound. An Independent claim is included for a process to reduce the shrinkage of hdyraulic binding agents in pure form or as mixtures with latent hydraulic binding agents or inert fillers, as well as mortar or concrete prepared from them, by the addition of the composition (I). R-NH-(AOH) (1) R = H or 1-6C alkyl; A = C2H4- or C3H6-
