A snow blower vehicle has an air duct held close over the ground to blow snow and water to the side. To enhance the cleaning effect special inserts (9) are fitted into the duct to create turbulence in the air stream directed over the ground. This loosens any stubborn snow and dirt without requiring mechanical brushing. The turbulence elements are fitted inside the duct or under the roof of the duct and comprise pointed shapes in a horizontal or sloping array, with the points directed into the airstream. The elements can be adjustable, or can be replaced with different profiles, for different clearing effects. Control flaps (7) inside the entrance to the ducts direct the airflow to either side of the vehicle.

Ein Räumfahrzeug (1) zum Entfernen von Schnee oder sonstigen Verunreinigungen von Straßen, Rollbahnen und anderen Verkehrsflächen umfaßt zumindest ein Blasaggregat, welches ein Gebläse, ein Luftleitgehäuse (3) und einen sich horizontal in Bodennähe quer zur Fahrtrichtung erstreckenden, nach unten hin offenen Luftleitkanal (4) aufweist. Dabei sind im Luftleitkanal Wirbelelemente (9) vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
