[origin: WO9921767A1] The inventive closing device (1) is located on a container consisting of laminated paper, over a predetermined opening. The device has a lower part (2) with a pouring opening and a cover (4) closing said opening. A push-piece (5) for breaking open the predetermined opening is also provided in the lower part (2). Said push-piece (5) is joined to the lower part (2) by a snap hinge (6). This makes the device more user-friendly and ensures that the laminated paper predetermined opening does not obstruct the pouring opening area.
