Abstract (en)
A device for automatic opening of a flap of a car body which can pivot about a horizontal pivot axis, has a command transmitter. There is a gas spring-ejector combination whose gas spring (8) is linked with its ends on the flap and body sides to selected places relative to the pivot axis so that the gas spring with the flap found in the closed position and partly open position exerts a closing torque on this. On the other hand, with a wider open flap (2) it exerts an opening torque pivoting this into its fully open position. However the ejector is constructed to pivot the flap only partly over the partly open position and the command transmitter is assigned to it.

Eine Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Öffnen einer um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (5) schwenkbaren Kraftfahrzeug-Heckklappe (2) enthält eine derart ausgelegt Gasfeder-Auswerfer-Kombination, daß die Gasfeder (8) auf die Klappe (2) im geschlossenen bis zu einem teilgeöffneten Zustand ein Schließmoment, darüber ein die Klappe (2) voll öffnendes Öffnungsmoment ausübt, während der Auswerfer (9) nur zum Verschwenken der Klappe (2) etwas über den teilgeöffneten Zustand hinaus ausgelegt ist. Dadurch sind der Energiebedarf des Auswerfers (9) minimal und hohe Reibkräfte im Klappenschloß (6) vermieden. <IMAGE>
