Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1026331A1] A conditioner material is supplied from a tank (5) with outlet into the flushing water. A movable sealing element (11) is positioned opposite to the outlet, and is pre- tensioned into a position to close the outlet. The element is moved from closing into release position by an actuator (14), which is temporarily loaded with a force by the flushing water during every flushing process. The element is loaded into closing position by the pressure of the conditioner material and/or its own weight and/or a spring.
