Abstract (en)

The lock for a motor vehicle door has a handle lever (16) pivoted on a mounting (14) inside the bodywork. The lock includes a sensor for the proximity of the users hand using an electromagnetic signal. The sensors (38,40,44) are positioned in a casing (42) which is elastically retained on the exterior of the handle mounting, so that a window (47) in the casing is opposed to a window (46) in the mounting.

L'invention propose un système de sécurité pour un ouvrant de véhicule automobile dont une poignée comprend un levier externe (16) articulé sur un support de poignée (14) agencé du côté interne d'un panneau de carrosserie (12), du type dans lequel le système de sécurité comporte des moyens (38, 40, 44) pour détecter, à distance au moyen d'un signal électromagnétique, la présence d'une main d'un utilisateur à proximité de la poignée, les moyens de détection (38, 40, 44) étant agencés dans un boîtier (42) qui est fixé par emboîtement élastique du côté externe du support de poignée (14). <IMAGE>
