Abstract (en)
A gate drive, especially for industrial gates, garage gates (12) and/or for enclosures, has a drive aggregate (14) to open and/or close the gate, a control device (16) to control the drive aggregate and an access control device (18). The access control device is assigned to the control device to execute an identification of a person desiring entry or a vehicle (20) desiring entry as well as to initiate automatically a gate-opening movement when the identification establishes the person or vehicle as authorized. The access control device (18) comprises a stationary unit (22) assigned to the motor drive aggregate and a mobile unit (24) assigned to the person or the vehicle. The person or vehicle identification takes place via transmission and receipt of coded signals between these units. The access control device has a proximity detection device (28,32) for automatic detection of an approach by a person or vehicle and is designed so that upon detection of such an approach, it automatically executes the identification. Through this, upon approach by a person or vehicle to whom/which the mobile unit is assigned, a gate opening automatically takes place.

Es ist ein Torantrieb, insbesondere für Industrietore, Garagentore (12) und/oder Tore für Einfriedungen, beschrieben worden mit einem Antriebsaggregat (M) zum Öffnen und/oder Schließen des Tores (12), einer Steuereinrichtung (S) zum Steuern des Antriebsaggregats (M) und einer der Steuereinrichtung (S) zugeordnete Zutrittskontrolleinrichtung (18) zum Durchführen einer Identifikation einer Einlaß begehrenden Person oder eines Einfahrt begehrenden Fahrzeugs (20) und zum automatischen Einleiten einer Toröffnungsbewegung, wenn die Identifikation die Person bzw. das Fahrzeug (20) als berechtigt ausweist, wobei die Zutrittskontrolleinrichtung (18) eine den Motorantriebsaggregat (M) zugeordnete stationäre Einheit (22, C) und eine der Person oder dem Fahrzeug (20) zugeordnete mobile Einheit (24, E) umfaßt und die Personen bzw. Fahrzeugidentifikation über Senden und Empfangen von codierten Signalen (42, 44) zwischen diesen Einheiten (22, 24) erfolgt. Um eine sehr komfortable und dennoch sichere Bedienung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Zutrittskontrolleinrichtung (18) eine Näherungserfassungseinrichtung (28, 32) zum automatischen Erfassen eines Annäherns einer Person oder eines Fahrzeugs (20) aufweist und derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei Erfassen eines solchen Annäherns automatisch die Identifikation durchführt, wodurch bei Annähern einer Person oder eines Fahrzeugs (20) der bzw. dem die mobile Einheit (24, E) zugeordnet ist, automatisch eine Türöffnung erfolgt. <IMAGE>
