Abstract (en)
The tool consists of two reverse U-shaped yokes (3,4) shaped like long tunnels, with the smaller yoke positioned inside the larger one. Clamp units (8,20,12,21) near the lower ends (7,18) of the yokes are positioned with those of the inner yoke above those of the outer one. A lifting device (22) changes the vertical distance between the clamp units by moving the inner yoke relative to the outer one. The tool (1) is suspended from a crane resp. crane trolley and is moveable horizontally and up and down.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen von dampfgehärteten Baustoffen, insbesondere Porenbetonblöcken aufweisend zwei nach unten sowie vorne und hinten offene, im Querschnitt umgekehrt U-förmige, Joche (3,4), wobei ein erstes schmaleres Joch (3) in einem zweiten weiteren Joch (4) angeordnet ist, und im Bereich der freien, nach unten weisenden Schenkel-Endbereiche (7,8) der Joche (3,4) Klemmeinrichtungen (8,12,20,21) angeordnet sind, wobei die Klemmeinrichtungen (8,12) des einen Jochs (3) über den Klemmeinrichtungen (20,21) des anderen Jochs (4) angeordnet sind und zumindest eine Hubeinrichtung (28) vorgesehen ist, die den vertikalen Abstand zwischen den Klemmeinrichtungen (8,12,20,21) verändert sowie ein Verfahren zum Trennen von dampfgehärteten Leichtbetonkörpern (2). <IMAGE>
