[origin: WO9922731A1] Disclosed is a composition and method of treatment for sexual dysfunction, in both male and female mammals. The composition is preferably a combination of a relatively low dose of milrinone, in combination with one or more of an alpha-adrenergic blocker, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, a PGE prostaglandin type, or an atropinic agent. The composition is preferably administered via intracavernosal injection, or for females via a topical composition.
