Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2771539A1] The support for a banner (1) or similar, held vertically and under tension, has horizontal rods (4, 5) connected to a vertical mast (2) by vertical thrust elements (6) and temporary fastenings (15, 16). Each rod, made from rigid metal wire, has a spring (7) between it and the thrust element to oppose any lateral torsion applied to the rod and keep the banner vertical. In addition, the thrust element is bent to form a V-shaped stirrup and two straight members which are applied against the mast and held by the fastenings in the form of adjustable straps.
