Abstract (en)
The emptying device includes a cigarette support section formed by two strips (4) which can be moved apart by an actuator. This opening movement comprises a vertical lowering motion and a horizontal sideways splaying motion. Cigarette articles (2) are emptied from one or more containers with an open top narrow side and an open front wide side into a magazine using at least one support (1), which receives the container and tilts it through 180 deg. into a discharge position above the magazine. The support includes a cigarette support section movable relative to the narrow side of the container.

Die Erfindung betrifft das Entleeren von Zigarettenschragen, die von einem kopfüber schwenkbaren Behälterträger über ein aufzufüllendes Magazin einer Verarbeitungsmaschine gekippt werden. Es ist das Ziel, die Zigaretten geordnet bzw. kontrolliert in paralleler Ausrichtung auf das Zigarettenniveau des Magazins zu überführen. Erreicht wird dies durch absenkbare und seitlich spreizbare Stützleisten (4) des Behälterträgers (1), die an relativ langen Schwenkhebeln (11) angeordnet sind, denen durch einen exzentrischen Steuerkurvenantrieb (22, 23) und seitliche Lenkerhebel (16) eine entsprechende Öffnungsbewegung aufgezwungen wird. Auf diese Weise werden die im Schragen enthaltenen Zigaretten in Form einer kompakten blockförmigen Formation überführt. <IMAGE>
