A continuous casting mould oscillation mechanism comprises articulated lifting table guide rods (9) with articulation axes parallel to hydraulic lifting assembly articulations (6, 7). Continuous casting mould oscillation mechanism comprises two individual lifting tables (2) which support the mould (1) and which are articulated to the upper parts (6) of hydraulic assemblies (4, 4'), the lower parts of which are articulated to a stationary base frame (3). The lifting tables (2) are guided on the base frame (3) by articulated guide rods (9), the axes of the guide rod articulations (8, 8') being parallel to the hydraulic assembly articulations (6, 7).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Oszillieren einer Stranggießkokille 1, insbesondere zum Stranggießen von Dünnbrammen aus Stahl. Sie umfaßt eine oszillierbare, auf zwei Hubtischen (2) angeordnete Stranggießkokille 1. Deren Oszillationsantrieb ist mit an einem ortsfesten Grundrahmen 3 angeordneten Hydraulikaggregaten 4,4' ausgebildet. Der Hubtisch 2 ist mit dem oberen Teil jedes Hydraulikaggregates 4,4' gelenkig verbunden. Dessen unteres Ende ist mit dem Grundrahmen 3 gelenkig verbunden. Der Hubtisch 2 ist zwischen Grundrahmen 3 und Hubtisch 2 mit gelenkig verbundenen Lenkem 9,9' geführt. Die Achsen der Gelenke 6,6' sowie der Gelenke 7,7' an den Hydraulikaggregaten 4,4' und die Achsen der Gelenke 8,8' an den Lenkern 9,9' sind parallel zueinander ausgerichtet. <IMAGE>
