Abstract (en)
Objects are unfilled tubular containers mounted on mandrels, or bottles held in neck-and-bottom clamps, and pass on step-by-step conveyor (12) through drying zone. Drier (13) has ultra-violet lamp (15) mounted in reflector (16). While conveyor is stationary, motor (18) rotates printed object through complete revolutions, exposing whole printed surface to radiant source. Rotation speed is constant hence energy is delivered at uniform rate, but overexposure occurs at start and end of revolution. To compensate, numerical controller (14) produces short peaks of speed over main portion of cycle, and modifies slightly speed over main portion of cycle. An Independent claim is also included for the description of the printing machine.

Il s'agit d'une machine à imprimer comportant au moins un support porte-objet (11) monté rotatif sur un convoyeur (12) à avance pas à pas, au moins un four de séchage (13) à rayonnement disposé à l'aplomb du trajet de ce support porte-objet (11), et des moyens de commande (14) aptes à assurer un cycle de rotation au support porte-objet (11) au droit du four de séchage (13) lors d'un arrêt du convoyeur (12). Suivant l'invention, on module, par les moyens de commande (14), la vitesse de rotation du support porte-objet (11) au cours de son cycle de rotation au droit du four de séchage (13) en fonction de son orientation angulaire, et, pour ce faire, ces moyens de commande (14) sont par exemple sous le contrôle d'un moteur à commande numérique (18). Application aux machines à imprimer du genre concerné. <IMAGE>
