Abstract (en)
The fitting (1) has a housing (2) with a slide (3) moving against a return spring (4). Slide and spring are a single modular injection-molded plastic part. Slide and spring consist of different plastics and form a multi-component injection-molded part, the spring being of elastomer. The slide has a sealing ring (7) or similar, which pref. consists of the same elastomer material as the spring. The spring engages centrally on the end of the slide, and is pref. located coaxially around a guide or manual operating bar (5).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein beispielsweise als Rückflußverhinderer ausgebildetes Einbauteil (1) für eine sanitäre Auslaufarmatur, wobei das Einbauteil (1) ein Einbauteil-Gehäuse (2) hat, in welchem ein Schiebeteil (3) vorgesehen ist, das (3) zum Verändern des Durchflußquerschnittes im Einbauteil-Gehäuse (2) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Rückstellelementes (4) von einer Ausgangslage in eine Funktionsstellung verschieblich geführt ist. Um das Einbauteil (1) mit geringem Aufwand aus wenigen Teilen kostengünstig herstellen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß das Schiebeteil (3) und das Rückstellelement (4) als einstückiges Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind. <IMAGE>
