Abstract (en)

The motor has a housing made entirely as a metal casting with lines into a control housing (5) and cylinder part made in one piece. A fitting contg. a connection (39) formed in one piece with the control housing and a cover removably mounted on the connector is made of cast metal. The distributor contains a chamber wall (38) cont. the connector, made in one piece with the control housing and enclosing a chamber. An injection moulded distribution piece (41) with sealing rings inserted into the chamber forms the channels (43-45) to the exterior, to a chamber on the control side and to a chamber on the wall side.

Es gibt einen Druckluftmotor, bei dem ein Steuergehäuse 5 eine Verteilereinrichtung aufweist, die mit Kanälen 43, 44, 45 versehen ist. Dieser Druckluftmotor weist ein Gesamtgehäuse aus Metallguß auf. Es weist die Verteilereinrichtung eine mit dem Steuergehäuse 5 einstückig aus Metallguß geformte Kammerwand 38 auf, die eine Kammer umschließt, in die ein mit Dichtringen 50 versehenes, aus Kunststoff spritzgegossenes Verteilerstück 41 eingesetzt ist, das die Kanäle 43, 44, 45 aufweist. Die Fertigung dieses Druckluftmotors ist weniger aufwendig. <IMAGE>
