The cable has a wire filament cable core (1) enclosed by an insulating sheath (2), which terminates at a given distance from the cable end, so that a section of the cable core extends from the sheath to allow it to be welded to a cable termination element (10). The insulating sheath is enclosed by a ring (7) provided with a projecting tongue (9), extending in the direction of the free cable end (4), acting against a square or rectangular cable core cross-section (5) welded to the cable termination element.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein vorzugsweise durch Anschweissen an sein Anschlusselement zu befestigendes Elektrokabel, das sich in einem Isolierschlauch (2) befindet und in seinem frei aus dem Isolierschlauch herausragenden Bereich verdichtet ist. Um die dynamische Tüchtigkeit des Kabels im Bereich seiner Anschlusstelle zu verbessern, ist erfindungsgemäss der Isolierschlauch von einer Schelle (7) umschlossen, von der aus sich eine flache Zunge (9) bis zum freien Kabelende (4) erstreckt, die auf dem im Querschnitt rechteckigen oder quadratischen, verdichteten Kabelbereich (5) aufliegt und dort vorzugsweise angeschweisst ist. <IMAGE>
