[origin: WO9923904A1] The invention relates to a fastener for elastic materials, especially textiles, with a first side (14) comprising a plurality of individual hook elements (18) and a second side (12) comprising a plurality of loop elements (16). The hook elements (18) have a shank section (36) and at least one hook section (38), whereby the shank section (36) runs essentially parallel to the plane of the surface of the first side (14). In addition, at least one hook section (38) projects outward from the plane formed by the surface of the first side (14) and is open essentially in a direction parallel to said plane.
