A ratchet mechanism ( 6 ) and a torque limiter ( 5 ) assigned to said ratchet mechanism ( 6 ) are positioned in the head ( 1 ) in such a way that the screw driver forms a manually actuated torque wrench whose torque is defined by the torque limiter ( 5 ).
