Dispenser with movable tube (6) to dispense pressurized fluid substances, comprising a head (5) having a seat for mounting it on the stem of a pump and a hollow tube (10) housing an insert (13) which defines a longitudinal channel (17) for passage of pressurized fluid along the tube one end of which is profiled (21) and rotatably retained in a lateral seat in the head, in communication with the seat housing said stem, the insert extending into the cavity of the tube through its end opening close to the profiled end of the tube. <IMAGE>
