Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9710170A1] The invention concerns a fork-lift stacker trolley with a motor-driven chassis (10) to which are connected two parallel wheeled arms spaced a certain distance apart. The chassis includes a battery-powered propulsion unit and a hydraulic-power unit, the chassis being steered and the power units being controlled by a tiller bar (16; 57) hinged to the chassis. The load-carrying unit of the stacker trolley comprises a lifting frame (20; 58), which is mounted on the chassis, and a carriage (22; 65) which has a load-carrying fork and is mounted to travel up and down the lifting frame (20; 58). Mounted inside the lifting frame is at least one lifting cylinder which moves the carriage vertically by means of a chain or cable, the lifting frame having, on the outside and/or on the side facing the chassis, a flat or relief-type design ( 70 to 76) acting as publicity.
