[origin: EP1032072A1] The interdigital coupler has 4 gates (T1,T2,T3,T4) which are coupled via several parallel lines (L1,L2,L3,L4,L5), with a conductive air bridge (LB1,LB2,LB3,LB4) between each 2 lines which are not directly adjacent, for providing a galvanic connection between each 2 gates. An additional coupling line (KL) extends next to at least one of the outside lines (L3,L5), for connection to the same gate as the latter at one end and connection via a conductive air bridge with the next line but one at the other end.
