Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1032086A1] The connector (10) has 2 cooperating connector halves (12,14) one of which is provided with a spring arm (16) extending in the connector assembly direction, for engaging a retaining element (18) provided by the other connector half. A slider (22) attached to one of the connector halves is displaced in the connector assembly direction for blocking the release of the spring arm from the retaining element by preventing its deflection.
