Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2771040A1] The method includes a stage for feeding the screwing spindle in nominal conditions of pressure and flow to generate the required couple. The method includes a preliminary stage prior to that in which the screwing spindle is fed in conditions less than nominal, in a proportion sufficient so that the shaft (5) has a rotational speed which generates a kinetic energy which produces a couple less than the required clamping couple. An hydraulic motor has a part (18) connected to a shaft (5) of the screwing spindle to rotate it. The method includes a stage for feeding the screwing spindle in nominal conditions of pressure and flow to generate the required couple. The method includes a preliminary stage in which the screwing spindle is fed in conditions less than nominal, in a proportion sufficient so that the shaft has a rotational speed, which generates a kinetic energy, producing a couple less than the required clamping couple. The motor piston is submitted to an average differential pressure less than the differential clamping pressure. In this preliminary stage a face of the piston is submitted to a constant pressure in the clamping sense. This constant pressure is less than the differential clamping pressure.
