Abstract (en)
The tunnel profile modification method uses material removal from the tunnel wall (1), for enlarging the tunnel cross-section, using a stripping device (20) of a travelling stripping tool displaced along the tunnel. The stripping device may use a number of relatively spaced stripping blades used for forming a channel of required profile in the tunnel wall, with ejection of the removed material via the slits between the stripping blades. An Independent claim for a tunnel cross-sectional profile modification device is also included.

Um an bestehenden Tunnels, insbesondere Eisenbahntunnels, das Lichtraumprofil stellenweise zu vergrössern, wird eine Materialabtragung vorgenommen. Von einem Trägerkörper (5) ragt ein schwenkbarer Auslegerarm (14) ab. An diesem ist aussen eine Fräseinrichtung (20) beweglich befestigt. Mit dem Auslegerarm (14) und der Fräseinrichtung (20) ist je ein hydraulischer Hubzylinder (24, 26) befestigt. Die Steuerung des Hubzylinders (26) erfolgt durch eine Steuereinrichtung, die eine Steuerkurve (32) umfasst, welche von einem Taster (50) abgetastet wird. Ein hydraulisches Steuerventil (58) bewirkt in Abhängigkeit der Steuerkurve (32) eine Verschwenkung der Fräseinrichtung zur stellenweisen Materialabtragung der Tunnelwand. Dadurch ist es möglich, eine Korrektur des Lichtraumprofiles an bestimmten kritischen Stellen eines Eisenbahntunnels rationell durchzuführen. <IMAGE>
